: 1) Was Kiddo a hero?
--No..But she kicked serious ass
: 2) Was it right for Kiddo to leave Bill, and disappear? The father of the child?
--When the Father is an arch and evil person...sure....
If you saw the flick......it's obvious that her intentions were good.....If that wasn't galringly apparent....
: 3) Was Bill necessarily wrong in characterizing Kiddo as a killer first and foremost? And the fact she enjoyed her work?
----I don't think that Kiddo was a killer first......I think that was under Bills influence......And I think that is shown when she reads the pregnancy test and the spell is broken....
She is no longer living for Bill..but her unborn child...and the FIRST thing she does.....is NOT kill someone
: 4) How would you react if you show up in El Paso to find your "dead lover" pregnant, not dead, and getting married to someone like that?
----If I found my dead lover pregnant....i'd be REAL confused
: 5) B.B. - Anyone notice how Bill was in front of her? See the crusts come off her sandwich? Notice the big knife used? The story of Emilio and watching Shogun Assassin?
: I pose these questions because it's interesting to think about who's the "good guy" and who is the "bad guy." Are the bad guys always bad? Are the good guys always good? Maybe there's good and evil in everyone?
---Is this something you are just learning?
All said...I just saw Kill Bill last night.....and it boooooooooooooooooored the hell outta me.......I'm all for indulgence if its served up chop sockey style.....but the slow drawn out Spaghetti Western stuff.....
Volume One is definitely the kick ass trailer for the slow ponderous flick that is Episode 2....
I've seen the first one at least 5 times....3 times in the theater......I'll never see Volume 2 again....
And boy...do I know i'm alone on this
