- to KILL BILL as a *SINGLE* epic film.

I *LOVED* both parts, but definitely liked 2 more than 1. It's like Quentin wanted to suck the audience in with a bunch of flashy action up-front, then he settles down and tells his story and lets you really get to know the people. I really, REALLY want to see the 2 volumes joined as one film, perhaps with a short intermission in between like the epics of yore, but still, KILL BILL should ultimately be enjoyed as one long film.

: : I guess when it comes to loving a movie.....It really has to have an emotional impact....
: : I just saw down below that Kevin LOVED Vol.2...more than Vol.1 even....which kinda suprised me....
: : Then you kinda look at what the film is about...and being that he's a Dad and stuff....maybe (i'm saying maybe) that story had more resonance....

: For me it was the fact that VOLUME 2 was ABOUT something, had a lot to say and has some really powerful scenes, touching scenes, along with the kick ass fight stuff, and VOLUME 1 was JUST stylish fight stuff.
: I didn't like Volume 1 at all, but loved each and every moment of 2. And that makes me weird AND hot.
