For me it was the fact that VOLUME 2 was ABOUT something, had a lot to say and has some really powerful scenes, touching scenes, along with the kick ass fight stuff, and VOLUME 1 was JUST stylish fight stuff.

I didn't like Volume 1 at all, but loved each and every moment of 2. And that makes me weird AND hot.
