It'll be okay. I promise.

: Fuck you, you fat fuck!

I think you changed his mind with that one.

: Regardless of how much everyone says "It's just a web board", there are some very real relationships that you are fucking with. Relationships that were started and grew on the touchstone of the OWB. Taking it away is akin to telling a group of friends that they aren't allowed to see each other anymore. Sure, we can call, but the whole dynamic changes and it's not the same. I get that you have your reasons to do it. Money, time, manpower, whatever. I get that. But you're showing all the compassion of a nazi death camp scientist. If you don't understand that for some, this move is a traumatic experience, then why do you pretend to care about any of your fans. Or do you really just care about the ones that fuck you in the ass with their heads? And our money, of course.

Were I the type to be easily offended, comparing the man who pulls the plug on a wwwboard to a Nazi death camp scientist might have sent me over. But I -am- digging the, "why do you pretend to care about any of your fans" bit. That's cute. Joel Schumacher expresses overwhelming LOATHING for his fans because he hasn't even got a wwwboard.

Seriously, I think your indignation is adorable. Like the world will stop spinning because the board vanishes. Or like you won't be able to follow-up on the relationships that you built via the board. I assure you -- if these relationships are as real, genuine, and important as you're making them out to be, then they'll exist independently of the board from whence they came.

And if they don't, well, I guess it's really no great loss. If your fleeting net-friendship isn't strong enough to survive the loss of the View Askew Productions Other Board, then why should anyone he be made to feel guilty over its disintegration?

Anyway, it'll all be okay in the end, champ, so buck up.
