Don't you think "any moron" is a little extreme? I'm in my third year now and it is unreal how many new students are put on academic probation or even kicked out because they just can't cut it. That's realistic.

Anyone who tells you college is easy probably went to a "party-school," skimmed by with C's and B's, and didn't retain any information. I don't want to go flagging around my exact GPA but I can say I worked my ass off to keep it where it is.

I feel sorry for anybody who walks into their chosen career saying "well, I'll learn everything I need to know right here!" In the real world employers want you because you already know your shit and they don't have to baby-feed you.

If you go to college just to go to college so you can put "degree" on your resume, then that's all you're going to get. If you go to college and actually learn and APPLY new knowledge, you'll walk away a totally new person.
