any moron can earn a college degree if they want to. Having a degree only means that you get to put it on your resume or fill in that blank on an application. It's an expensive word. Unless we're talking about advanced degrees that actually specialize in something. Most 2 and 4 year degrees are nothing more than a basic understanding of a certain field. Most of what you need to know in a job is what you'll learn once you're in that position, on the job training.
And I believe you can learn everything from college in a library. Except for the bullshit in-class debates over stupid shit that go nowhere. But I guess one could do that with theirself as well. Just say, "I'm right! No, I'm right! No, listen to me, I'm right! You suck, I'm right, bitch! He's not being politically correct, so I'm right! Fuck you!" And that, plus what's in the library, is the complete college learning experience.
