Not true. Maybe YOU still have your original, untouched copies, but mine are long gone. And so are many other peoples. And many children will never see how it was originally presented. Lucas has made this choice FOR us.
You're wrong because Lucas SPECIFICALLY tries to change the "facts." I'm surprised he hasn't tried to remove Ford's smirk with CGI only because he can.
