I can see how Charles barkley could've made a cameo in JASBSB, it would've been hilarious, and a highlight of the film.
Banky crawls under the Bluntmobile and gets beside Jay and silent bob, thinking their Van Der Beek and Biggs
Banky: Mr. Van Der Beek, Mr. Biggs, I'm Banky Edwards.
Jay: Just who we wanted to see.
Banky: WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU GUYS DOING HERE! Wait, NBA All Star Charles Barkley.
(Camera pans over to see Charles barkley is sitting next to Jay And Silent Bob.)
Jay: Get the fuck out of here, dude!
Barkley walks off.
That would've been a huge laugh in the film, also they should've used the "Why Are We Walking Like This?" gag when Jay and bob use the grappling hook.
Unless that is an exclusive joke for Randal and Dante.
