Well, even if Mark Walberg held a script throughout the movie, said the lines in a monotone voice, shifted from one foot to the other the whole movie, waved at the camera at some point and said, "Hi Mom. Look, I"m on TV!" and busted into "Good Vibrations" for no apparant reason halfway through the movie, he'd still do a much better job than Charleton Heston did. Talk about an overrated over actor. (Not to mention someone that's just plain evil....)
