in the movie world:
there's the writer - simple
director - gotcha
producer - i can grasp this
production - i.e. view askew, what's their role in a movie in regards to...
studio - i.e. miramax, warner, etc. and what's their role?
distributer - do they actually make the physical copies to be sent to theaters? is that why no biggies chose the PASSION? cause they thought they weren't goin to make their money back? what is going on?
and also, as a writer, do you get a chance at the gross, or is it just purchase price for the script?
