I don't know, maybe he is respected to a certain extent as a director. But do you hand over 100 million to someone with such a skimpy resume, especially if you have Soderbergh interested?

And then, I was also commenting because the premise of the rest of the article, which had Sean saying that he'd still like Clooney, seemed ridiculous, and the kind of fake quote we see in tabloid press. Clooney and Soderbergh are business partners. If the powers-that-be gave it to Astin instead of Soderbergh, would Clooney participate? And wouldn't Astin know all of this?
