Did you know that even the homeowners insurance companies and apartment complexes discriminate against certain "high risk" breeds? When I bought my house, we had to report if we had pets. They raised my insurance because I have a German Shepherd. And those apartments that advertise that "all dogs welcome" are lieing- all dogs, unless you have a "high risk" dog such as a Rotweiler, Pit Bull, Boxer, Chow, German Shepherd. This country just wants you to have Labs and Goldens or little rat-dogs. (Before I get flamed, I think little dogs are very cute for their own reasons, but I personally like a dog I can wrestle with and one burgerlers aren't likely to want to deal with.)
