I'm not trying to change the board. That's a lost cause, and that's why I reply to off-topic posts, but my point is that message boards with a specified topic (View Askew) usually DO stay motionless for days. It's just that everybody wants a chat room, NOT a message board.
I know this is how it will be until deletion, I just want you to concede that the original intention for this or any message board is NOT to be a chat room where people get restless if nothing is said for more than 30 minutes.
