I understand that. Whenever some news comes out about something VA related or someone has a question about VA, it still gets posted here. I don't see the problem with some posts being OT. How boring would it be if the same shit was posted over and over? That's why the summaries are there, of course. The board would be almost motionless for days if it weren't for other things that people want to discuss here. This board has a huge group of regulars who, IMO, do a great job of keeping things interesting.
: I know we don't live in an ideal world, but, believe it or not, this board, only a couple short years ago, was on-topic, and off-topic was very often flamed, even by the reds.
