I loved the Kubrick film and have just finished reading the book, and it's almost like two seperate stories. Sure they have simmilarities, but there were many things left out. I was just wondering if anyone here had seen the other version of the flick, starring DeMornay, and the guy from Wings? It had some good write ups over at amazon, and Stephen King on the DVD commentary track. I don't think anyone could top Kubrick's masterpiece, but I was curious if the other film is closer to the novel.
