I don't if there's anything like this where you live, but you might consider joining a local writer's group. I did that recently, and since then I've been writing more often than before. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that the other people in the group are very supportive and encouraging and they can understand the desire to write in a way that non-writers can't.
It's helped to keep me writing, and it might help you too. Make sure to let us know how things work out.
