You're right, my use of 'an' where I used it was totally fucked an I mean fucked.
We have counties in America (aka. the U.S.) the counties fall within' the states, except in Lousiana - they have Parishes (spelling?) - and that's 'cause the stupid French were mainly responsible for populating that area.
