Any argument made upon which the crux of the argument is calling someone you've never met a "Ho" because the second letter of her last name is "o" is pretty much proven as an invalid argument.
Jersey Girl will do fine because it's a damn good movie. That's the second reason you don't know what the hell you're talking about... you haven't seen the movie. It's pretty goddamn great.
A movie being great can overcome the star's previous film being unsuccessful.
