It seems the pairing of the most talked about couple doesn't bring in more viewers. If Jeresey Girl had intended on falling back on the pairing of Affleck and Lopez - that idea may backfire and cause people to avoid the movie (especially the diehard Smith fans) I havn't seen Gigli yet (which aprantly neither has anyone else) but those who have say the pairing of the too is an unbearable experience.
My local newspaper even went on to say that the two have one more film yet to be released (Jersey Girl) and that it will most likely, and hopefully, be their last together.
Their is still a small hope that the rumor on the IMDB Boards is true. Supposidly some say that J-Lo dies in the first quarter of the movie or so. Thought I doubt Smith would have cast J-Lo for a small role, this would be a truly rewarding experience for all of his fans.
My question is: Will the failure of Gigli (caused solely by the pairing of J-Lo and Affleck) push the Jersey Girl release date back to say... December 2015?
