Actually, two critiques. Constrain your aspect ration so Kevin's head doesn't look like a pumpkin (lessen the width of the circle). Also, create a luminosity layer that goes from his picture to the circled part on the cover (spot light technique. Fill in the shape with white, then take the layer's opacity down to 40% or so).
