i saw it a while ago so im not sure, but i remember thinking that scene was just to show what a demented, twisted mind he had. it was just a nightmare, but i think they tried to add to the suspense of the movie, and to his character. i actually really liked that part. really freaky. i liked the movie but didnt care for the cop out, violent ending. what did you think
