Make sure the script is finished. Get it typed. And MOST IMPORTANTLY: GET IT COPYRIGHTED.
Then post it on the web. Make sure you get it out there where search engines can get to it. Then get a guestbook and post your email. No real publisher or producer will ever see it this way, but somebody always knows somebody who knows somebody.
I've seen it work for the lesser skilled.
