: Ignorance is not knowing the truth and this man speaks it.

I'll take the challenge, point by point:

I believe the money I make belongs to me and my family,
not some mid level governmental functionary be it Democratic or Republican!

--I think it's worthwhile to invest in the future. Even somebody with money may be old someday, if they don't die through self-indulgence. Personally, when I'm in my twilight years, I'd like the person pureeing my food and changing my diapers to know how to read, and to have had a chance to learn from the humanities.
I like roads. I like the fact I can visit my family twenty miles away every week if I want, and I can visit my in-laws sixty miles away just as often. Isolation and decay are not a good tradeoff for a higher personal bank account.

I'm in touch with my feelings and I like it that way, damn it!
I think owning a gun does not make you a killer, it makes
you a smart American.

--Smart enough to lock it up? Smart enough to know how to use it, and who to use it against? Statistics say it's far more likely to be used against a family member than an intruder.

I think being a minority does not make you noble or victimized,
and does not entitle you to anything.

--Entitled? this by the same guy defending his paycheck w/the gun?
I think all Americans are entitled to be treated with dignity and respect and identifying oneself as a member of a minority should not create suspicion that one is looking for priviledge.

I believe that if you are selling me a Big Mac, try to do it in
English.

--Uh-huh. 'Cuz if you heard any other language your head would explode? What's the goal here? And how often does someone attempt to buy something at MacDonalds and leave in frustration because the transaction is thwarted utterly? Be real - this is just a form of prejudice against people who are different.
Parts of the US were speaking Spanish long before they were speaking English. You want everybody speaking English? WITHOUT having it come out of your paycheck? Make up your mind, baby. You can't have both.

I think fireworks should be legal on the 4th of July.

-- They are. They're just regulated.

I agree w/all these: I think that being a student doesn't give you any more enlightenment than working at Blockbuster. In fact, if your parents are footing the bill to put your pansy ass through 4 years plus, of college, you haven't begun to be enlightened.
I believe that everyone has a right to pray to his or her God when and
where they want to. My heroes are John Wayne, Babe Ruth, Roy Rogers, and whoever canceled Jerry Springer. I don't hate the rich. I don't pity the poor. I know wrestling is fake and I don't waste my time arguing about it.

I think global warming is a big lie. Where are all those experts now,
when I'm freezing my ass off during these long winters and paying, paying,
paying?

Clearly, working at Blockbuster doesn't give you a good grasp of the scientific method. If I don't see it, then it's not real?

I've never owned a slave, or was a slave, I didn't wander forty years
in the desert after getting chased out of Egypt. I haven't burned any witches or been persecuted by the Turks and neither have you! So,
shut-the-Hell-up already.

-- unless they have. And some people have. This defensiveness about atrocity is interesting -- why minimize the pain people have experienced? Oh, because then it justifies the position that you are not responsible to do anything about it.
Pain is the problem, and not revenge. When we find out about groups of people who've had a bad break, why can't we just help out without feeling that this is somehow accepting blame for the situation?

I want to know which church is it exactly where the Reverend Jesse Jackson
practices, where he gets his money, and why he is always part of the problem and not the solution. Can I get an AMEN on that one?

I think the cops have every right to shoot your sorry ass if your running
from them.

Oh really, armed American? I can't imagine I would ever want to live in a place where this is true.

I also think they have the right to pull your ass over if you're breaking
the law, regardless of what color you are.

Right - but let's get it in the right order, ok? First the lawbreaking, then the arrest, ok?

I think that if you are too stupid to know how a ballot works, I don't want you deciding who should be running the most powerful nation in the
world for the next four years.

-- oh, and do make sure it's only in English, right? Me, I like the idea of citizens participating in the governance of our country. Something about the buy-in, the legitimization of government appeals.

I dislike those people standing in the intersection trying to sell me crap
or trying to guilt me into making "donations" to their cause. These
people should be targets.

-- Thank god you have that gun.

I believe that it doesn't take a village to raise a child, it takes
two parents.

-- Are you insane? Who has that kind of certainty to know that you will always be able to take care of a child? We all need to know that others will help us with this awesome task.

--- I'm out of time - DAMN, break over.

Pixie

I believe if she has her lips on your Willie, it's sex, and this
applies even if you are President of the United States.

And what the hell is going on with gas prices...again?

If this makes me a BAD American, then yes, I'm a BAD American.

If you are a BAD American too, please forward this to everyone you know.

We need our country back!
