If he's lost your forever as a customer, it doesn't sound like there's much to discuss, does there?

For my money, I'd say you owe a deeper explanation than that (unless this is just a ploy to get Kevin's E-mail address). I mean, how did you ask?, who was it?, that kind of thing.
