i have a story for you. not a good story. you lost business because of incompetence. when i asked for a refund i got attitude (and to be honest, a refund). because of this, particularly the attitude, you have lost me and anyone else i can talk to as a customer forever.

i really feel bad for kevin. i bought from the stash in the interest of keeping the money where i thought it belonged. too bad some of the people he has working for him care so little about customer service.
and i am NOT simply complaining that it took 8 weeks for jasbsb to ship. the ball was completely dropped.
