I know they made a TV programme out of it, but I didn't know about any film. And it still confuses me as to how anyone who's not British can enjoy those books... I suppose it's like Kevin's films - they're pretty heavy on the American referencing, but the humour shines through so everyone can enjoy 'em. Ho-hum, such is life.

: The good thing about books is; anything is possible. In other news, there was some talk of a re make ont he hitchhikers movie...Starring Hugh Grant and some other schmu. I am unsure as to where that lies now though.

: Also if you get bored.

: : I have NOT! And I desire this book. I want to take it home and make sweet love to it and buy a house together with it, and pool our record collection.

: : I'm also impressed that there could be a sixth, granted that the fifth ended with the entire axis of possibility for the existence of the earth closing up on itself. AND he'd been to Stavromula Beta.

: : But you never know, do you?

: : I love Douglas.

: : : Have you had a chance to leaf through the posthumonous book that was put out recently. It has many of his less recopnzied works from when he was a child, a young man and a slightly olderman, as well as 10 chapters that they discouvered on his laptop, for sixth hitchhiker book.
