It's a shame that parents can't or won't give their children the basic tools of self discipline and common courtesy so that there is no need for them to be arrested at 7 or 8 years old.
As far as the 8 year old who was arrested for stepping on the principal's foot though, that is just stupid. There is no better word for it. Stupid.
There is most certainly somebody in that city that sells crack to children, while an 8 year old is being arrested and detained for stepping on someone's toes.
