I saw Spider-Man last night and I think it's tied with Superman II as my favorite superhero movie.

My main question is this: I was wondering if it was done on purpose by the filmmakers to have the spider that bit Parker just to crawl away? Maybe to bite another person to make him/her into an arch-nemesis for the next movie?

And if you hadn't noticed, Parker mentions in the movie that he gets fired by Dr. Conners (aka The Lizard) for being late all the time. Maybe they're setting it up for him to be in a sequel?

Then there's the obvious choice of the Hobgoblin, but I don't think they'll go for that or at least not yet.

I would really love to see a movie with Venom in there somewhere.
