Introducing alien stuff into the movie would just be too much, I think.
What should happen is, Spider-Man gets a suit made (I'm sure there will be an lab of some sort in the sequel, especially if they go with Doc Ock and/or Lizard) from unstable molecules, uses it in the second one (not quite sure WHY he'd need a black suit in the movie, but blah blah), and then in the third one, he realizes it's REALLY unstable, gets rid of it, it bonds with Eddie Brock, there you go!
