Has anyone seen this movie? I hadn't even heard about it until Friday when it came rolling through the video store. It comes out on Tuesday.
Anyway, I just on any chance to watch a Linklater flick, as as Waking Life wont be out on Video till the summer, this seemed like a good chance.
Well, I was shocked at what I saw. It was nothing like any other Linklater film. It was dark, edgy... it was great.
Their were only three people in the entire movie, Ethan Hawke, Robert Sean Leonard and Uma Thurman. They were all good. The movie takes place in a hotel room, withthe three of them rehashing memories from the last days of high school, ten years earlier.
Once again, anyone who has a chance to pick it up this Tuesday, or later, should do so.
