It is about a group of friends who have been living on welfare and get cut off from the system before they want to. Jason Lee, Jason Mewes, Renee Humpry and Carmen Lee all have large roles. Anyway, Donner (Jason Lee) gets it in his head that he is meant to find bigfoot. So he sells his friends on the idea of camping and heading up to his uncles cabin. Since they don't have much to do and are looking for a way to escape their troubles, they somewhat reluctantly elect to go. The story starts to pick up there, but I do not want to give too much away.
