If you've never hacked your machine then you can't play it (your PS2 will be set for Region 2) - I don't have a PS2 so I'm not sure how easy it is to hack them or bypass the region coding (maybe someone else here knows a bit more about that???). As for the disc coming out over here... probably not going to happen I'm afraid...
