As angry as you feel now war isn't the answer, how many more people have to die for this to end? You can hurt these bastards in other ways, by not giving in-they want a war they want recognition for their 'achivement' don't give them the satisfaction. You will retaliate and people will die because of that, but let's keep the bloodshed to a minimum. Stay sane, in times of crisis a cool head prevails.
