The racism thing is unacceptable, and is what terrifies me most.
I live in the UK. In the pub tonight, somebody I consider a friend said that she wouldn't feel safe around anyone who isn't white tomorrow. I have to remind you that the UK was not affected by todays events, and is, in the minds of our military inteligence at least, at no risk of any terrorist attacks. The fact that people can now turn on everybody who isn't white, on the premise that they may be plotting against them disgusts me even more thananything which has happend today, and strikes me as similar to events which occurred in Germany in 1945.
I don't agree with killing inocent civilians, or with violence in any form (odd, bearing in mind I'm joining the army, but hey) but turning on ethnic minorities, many of whom are simply trying tio escape wars in their own countries won't help anyone, won't bring back anyone, and is absolutely pointless.
