: : That movie is filmaking at its highest. Whoever thought that Marlon
: : Wayans could be a good actor. After that movie ended, I hit the floor
: : and shook for 2 minutes. That was the BEST MOVIE EVER! I hope
: : you all see it. Darren Arsonfsky is a god. I'm so glad he's making
: : Batman 5 and not some hack like Joel, "Batman and Robin was so
: : gay! I want my eight bucks back!, Shumacher. GO SEE IT NOW IF
: : YOU HAVE ANY TASTE IN GOOD MOVIES!

: Well no offense but both Requiem and its director are over-rated and
: pretentious. I hate films and directors that try overly hard to be showy
: and arty. It was a decent film but not one I'll ever likely watch again
: not to mention its been done before and done better and done to
: death. I definitely think it was a very bad idea to let this guy anywhere
: near Batman. If Batman is to be done live action again (and frankly it
: shouldn't be as the animated series is untoppable) then it should be
: done as a Noir style detective film and tone down the super hero
: crap. Batman isn't a superhero, he's the world's greatest detective.

: Ivory
