I don't see it as nikpicking as much, I just think that as in all working situations, people should be responsible for the work they put forth. Ebert's review was mostly positive, yes. I have no problem with what he thought of the movie, whether his feelings were positive or negative. To each his own. I just feel that if he's going to use exact "facts" and "points" about a film, that he double check himself to make sure he's getting said facts correct. That's all. It's just a matter of professionalism and pride in one's work. No biggie. No major harm intended. No foul.
All just my opinion. Not asking anyone else to agree.
