Here's what I got from it, but I don't think it's anything deep:

1) What is the significance of skeeball?
Well, it's fun, plus it's kind of funny that God would be a skeeball fanatic. Plus skeeball was in Chasing Amy, too.

2) What is skeeball?
It's the game where you roll a wooden ball up a ramp and try and land it in a hole. The holes are notated with different scores, with the higher scores more difficult to roll the ball into. It's fun. Plus it's like Spanish Fly.

3) Why do Jason Lee's associates wear hockey attire?
Kevin has a running theme of hockey in his films, so this was a way of perpetuating that. Nothing too deep. Hockey isn't really too religious.(well, maybe to some people)

4) Does MGD have any significance beyond Miller Genuine Draft?
Not that I know of. It's a bar, so it's just the beer significance. I think that it was just because the sign was behind Lee's shoulder, so it was in the shots. I haven't heard anything otherwise.

Hope that helps you, my friend.
