Have you read anything by Daniel Clowes? He wrote Ghost World (the short series, and the upcoming movie starring Steve Buscemi and Thora Birch), Pussey (the life of young comic book writer Dan Pussey), Eightball, David Boring, and some other good stuff. If you haven't seen it, get your ass to the nearest artsy (or not-so-artsy) comic book store and pick up a few copies. Cheers...wait, I'm not British.....or Madonna.
