If you're getting that name from the Simpsons episode with Skinner's true identity, then you're spelling Armin wrong. Tanzarian, since it ends in "ian" is an Armenian name. The Armenian spelling of the name Armen is with an "e" not an "i". Spelling Armin with an "i" is the German version of the name, but there is no way that Tanzarian would be a German last name.
