Also, it really pisses me off when people, who about 3 or 4 hours earlier had rented a movie, bring it back saying that they either had already seen it or they didn't like it and then they expect me to give them a fucking refund, or a free exchange for another movie! I usually have to end up doing it anyway, which sucks, because it's obvious that they had already seen the movie between the time they first got it and the time they returned it. People are just fucking leeches.
