Ryan Shore Music Ryan Shore has composed the scores for the feature films VULGAR and The Living Room Waltz, and also for the DVDs Mars: The Red Planet and Earthlight, which feature video and image content from NASA of the Earth and Mars. Last year, Ryan composed the score for the film A Letter From the Western Front, which received both the Student Academy AwardŽ (Gold Medal) and the Student Emmy AwardŽ for best Animated Short Film. Recently, he wrote the scores for the films Cadaverous, which received the Reel.com Award for Outstanding Short Film at the Directors Guild of America, and the short film Scouts Honor starring Bill Murray and Alec Baldwin. Ryan has also co-orchestrated the music for the films Analyze This and Dogma, and has served as head copyist for the films Cop Land, The Game, Chinese Coffee, Gloria, and eXistenZ. He has also produced the music for the Saturday Night Live Studios theatrical logo which was first seen on the film Superstar. In addition to composing, Ryan plays saxophone with the band Matchbox 20, and has recently completed a tour of the United States, which included an appearance on Late Night with David Letterman. |
