Q about Clerks Comic for Kevin

Kevin:
Absolutely LOVED the Clerks comic book. I don't think that I'd laughed that hard at a book since Mark Waid was in full swing on Impulse. However, I have two questions:
1) Will there be a subscription service to it? My Comic shop guy may have trouble getting it (small shop).
2) There's no adress given for letters. Where would you like comments sent? (here?) Will there be a letters page?
