Maybe Oscar is changing. Both major acting awards went to a comedy, even though Judy Dench earned Best Actress (as Helen stated). Comedies nominated for Best picture, etc. This gives me hope. Almost every actor and writer will tell you comedy is harder than serious drama. I'm just glad to see the academy giving comedy the shot they didn't use to give it.
Damn, Danny didn't win again. I'm sure he'll be nominated twice again next year.
Congrats to Matt and Ben and Robin for Oscar, and Jason and Kevin for ISA.
