I'm wondering how you conduct your rehersals, particularly the first full cast read through. I imagine the cast gathered in an conference room type setting and sat at a conference room type table in conference room type chairs and read aloud.
Do you give in direction during the first read through?
Do you change lines or even scenes during the rehersal period?
