Another helpful Ramen hint....try mixing in some soy sauce, rice vinegar, and tabasco. There is nothing quite like a 4 am hit of spicy hot wiggly noodles while watching your favorite movie. And never, never, think of that line in Lost Boys (You're eating maggots Michael, maggots) It just ruins the whole moment.
