Like in Spider-Man 2, they're just going to use Chicago as a backdrop/background for certain scenes & not any acting/action scenes. They're going to use the helipad of the Hilton Hotel (which is also used for scenes on ER) in July. This was confirmed by my sister who works for the Hilton.
