I once heard two comediennes who were in the process of proving that Britney Spears' "Oh baby, baby" and "Oops I did it again" were one and the same. Each comedienne sang one of the songs, at the same time, and they matched up perfectly. So perfectly it was scary.
Also, Swollen Members have two songs that I swear are exactly the same in their beat and tempo.
