Art is something a person has a talent for. A God given talent for drawing or painting or sculpting or taking a simple picture that stirs your soul.
Art is not running around naked. Putting umbrellas in the desert. Or lining up shoes. That is something any moron can do. It doesn't take any talent to put a bunch of plastic wrap down.
