Hey ya,
Mattt with 3 t's Potter here again begging one and all for your still photos of Vulgarthon 98 or
any other Vulgarthon for that matter. I had asked for stills earlier today in a previous message...
( if you dive down to the bottom depth of this board, past James Cameron and his 3-D camera
you will find it.)....and someone had replied that they did not have video only pictures. Thats
awesome! Because that is what I need!
So I just want to make it clear...while video would kick a big fat ass for me..Photos would slap
that same fat ass hard enough to leave a good red mark. Pictures of the audience in the theaters
is what I am really after. But I will take anything I can get at this point.
Someone e-mailed me an archived board link the other day. And I just thought I would say
something about it NOW in case that someone decides to post it on the forum. Just so I can say
something about it before.
I used to post here all the time...way back in the 14.4 fax modem days. I used to post obnoxious
posts to piss people off..(this was way before the days of the almighty ban stick) I guess I did it
because it was funny how people would get upset on this board if you asked a dumb question or
spelled something wrong...For instance...A standard "Kevin how much did it cost to make
Clerks?" Would get a response of "READ THE SUMMARIES YOU FUCKING HUNK OF HOG SHIT!!!!"
...and most times..people that posted dumb questions like that were COM-pletely new to this
board and had no idea about summaries or anything else..they were probably new to the internet
for that matter. Anyway I found it very amusing how annoyed and pissed off people got if
someone asked dumb shit..so I purposely asked really dumb shit on the board..
Like I would post something like...
"Magnolia.....MAGNIFICANT!!! Kevin, Did you see this flick? I just saw it and it was amazing! I was
curious If you were brought in to punch up some of the dialogue like you did for Cyote Ugly. Alot
of the dialogue sounded like your words. And for that matter alot of the story line too. Let me
know."
and this made a lot of people angry at me. In fact I almost got beat up at Vulgarthon 98 when a
group of guys found out that I was the God of Cowpies. Jason Mewes inadvertently saved me
from this beating. I would write obnoxious posts and most times I would make the subject line as
eye catchy as possible so people would click on them and read them.
2 years ago...I posted a message in true God of Cowpies fashion to Brian Lynch that went like
this....
(If your getting board just send me Vulgarthon Photos if you have them..you don't need to read
all of this...its just an apology and explanation to Brian Lynch)

By the way. Drawing flies sucked. I know you had nothing to do with the movie really. But it is fun
to post on the viewaskew board, because brother it did!

So a lot of people rained down on me and I got my chuckles..but I of course did not really shoot
this post at Brian in a true hateful way. Just in a trying to be funny way.. I wrote it also because I
was curious on Vulgarthon 98...and since I was the god of cowpies and I was posting..I asked it
the only way the God of Cowpies would. Well Brian DID respond back..

First off, thanks for posting such an intelligent diatribe. I am honored to be a part of it. And
homophobia rules supreme. It's very odd strange that you act like you do not like the "fags" yet
you get all flirty with your "make your mouse click my way" taunts. I'm picking up your message

I wasn't making any documentary. I was asked to hold the microphone and find the most pathetic

Maybe you just didn't get Drawing Flies, with it's many words and quickly moving images. When
it comes out on DVD, get your parents to put it into the DVD player and have them watch it at
slow speed. That'll be easier for you and Lord of the Comedy.

It really puts a whole new light on that "Chicken Sandwich Carl" line in the vulgarthon

So hey Brian..I'm sorry man. I honestly am. If some dude decides to post this now..well at least I
kind of explained myself..Its just kind of funny how 2 years later after posting this..I can now
post to myself...Mattt Potter is a Harry Fag..and then ask me what is up with the vulgarthon 98
documentary. Then I will tell myself...its almost done..I just need some photos of the audience
for vulgarthon 98.
