Well, I wrote a skit mocking camp councelors when I was still going to summer camp, and what I did was talk to anyone that knew the person and got them to tell me their habits, embarassing moments, basically anything they could dish up about 'em. The skit turned out wonderful, everyone thought it was hilarious. Oh yeah, and make sure you fill it with stuff your audience can relate to or recognize... but you probably already know that.
